Welcome to NorthPointe Christian High School!

The 2015-16 theme for NPC High School is “LOVE BEYOND BELIEF”.

“A new command I give you: Love one another.  As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

John 13: 34-35

Building on their solid foundation further equips North Pointe Christian High School students for life beyond their senior year. Students may choose to join the 340+ students in the traditional educational setting of the Leonard Street campus in over 50 courses (AP courses also available) being offered or they can take advantage of the career-oriented programs available for juniors and seniors at the Kent Career/Technical Center. A typical week includes 7 periods- 5 days a week during a school day running from 7:45am-2:35pm.

NPCHS offers a college preparatory program for the college bound (95%+) student as well as a general diploma based upon a GPA averaged on a 4-point scale. NPCHS also provides the ability for students to meet all standards for the State of Michigan graduation requirements with a minimum of 24 credits completed in grades 9-12.

As the faculty and staff present academic material, they simultaneously work to help students form their Christian worldview. To help achieve this goal, students are required to complete service hours throughout their high school career as well as work alongside a mentor to complete a capstone project and presentation at the close of their senior year.

On behalf of all the faculty and staff, welcome to our school. We believe that God has allowed us to be a part of something very special. Each day we have an opportunity to directly impact the life and character of each individual student here at NorthPointe Christian High School. These young people will one day be leaders of the next generation of the Church and of their own local communities. It's always exciting to see a student mature, to see a heart given to God, or to watch a student accomplish more than they ever have before. It is very special for us as staff, to accomplish these things in partnership with parents and our local churches. We join them in preparing their sons and daughters to impact this world for Jesus Christ.
