Morgan Rogers
Hybrid Enrichment Teacher
I feel so incredibly blessed to be surrounded with NPC staff and students who have a deep desire to truly know God, His word and live out the great commission through their everyday actions. The NPC staff and students continue to challenge me in deepening my walk with Jesus through living out my faith in the classroom. I feel so honored to be able to speak the name of Jesus over my students through prayer, within a science lesson, or by simply reminding them they are ‘uniquely and wonderfully made in His image.

Statement of Faith
God’s creation amazes me and his handiwork is beyond comprehensible. I find myself in awe of Him, especially when I am in a classroom full of curious students, whose minds are full of wonder. Psalm 139:14: “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful; I know that full well.” God has called me in this season at NPC to remind students just that: they are created in God’s unique image and because of this, we are to live ours lives as such (Gen. 1:26,28) with contagious hearts of gratitude.
As I interact with students, I desire for them to have an intimate relationship with God. I believe that God made us to love and to be loved by Him. I seek to model this love in the classroom, and ask the same of my students, that they would treat their peers as they would themselves (Matt. 22:37-39). Secondly, I believe we have been commanded as believers to ‘go and make disciples’ (Matt. 28:18-20), joyfully sharing the good news with those around us.
