Statement of Faith
As a Christian educator, I am deeply blessed with the opportunity to shape both the minds and hearts of my students and to see them be transformed as their faith develops. By intentionally integrating a Christian worldview into the classroom and immersing students in Biblical truth, I help them build a strong foundation of Biblical knowledge and equip them to confidently share their faith with others (Mission Mandate: Matthew 28:18-20). As students deepen their understanding of who God is, they also gain a clearer sense of their identity as image bearers of God (Image Mandate: Genesis 1:26, 28). Creating a learning community in the classroom—where students find joy in learning together and celebrating one another’s successes—is one of my core goals as a teacher. As individual students grow into a class community, countless opportunities arise to cultivate a love for God and for their neighbors (Love Mandate: Matthew 22:37-39). Watching the whole child grow—spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically—throughout the school year is truly inspiring. As students acquire knowledge, develop friendships, and navigate challenges, they are able to see every experience through the lens of Scripture. My passion is to teach students to think and act like Christ in all circumstances.
