Faith & Life

Bio

I was raised in God’s love since I was little. My family, my school and my church were an important part for me to get to know God, but it wasn’t until the age of 16 when a classmate invited me to a youth group. I truly never imagined how wonderful it would be to feel and accept God in my life in that way. I experienced a true encounter with God that day and felt His love and forgiveness in a beautiful way.

Since that day I have held God’s hand, and every day I know that He has never let go of me. The experience with the youth group marked my life, and I had the joy of living a formation in the faith for four years. The greatest learning from these four years is that I was created with the purpose of being an apostle of Christ, that is to say, to share the love of God with others. For this reason, I made the decision to be a servant of a group of young people from that same community, and I had the blessing of being in charge for five years. During this time of strengthening my relationship and love for Christ, I was old enough to start college. I firmly believed God wanted me to be a teacher. I chose to become a teacher because I believe that teachers share God in the work we do every day in our love for students, our words, and our actions.
