For new families:

You may fill out the application online or print a form and mail the application form and check to NPCS Administration Office, 3101 Leonard NE, Grand Rapids, MI  49525

3.  Family Interview
Within a month of receiving your application form, we will contact you to set up a 30-minute family interview.  This is a great opportunity for us to   get to know your family better and for you and your children to get to know us as well.

4.  Complete the Enrollment Form and submit along with the $100/child enrollment fee.
Thoroughly read through our refund policy on our website before submitting enrollment forms and fees.

5.  Hand out Teacher Recommendation Form
Please be sure the person you give this form to has the time to fill this out and send to us within two weeks of when it is given to them. This can be given to a previous school teacher, Sunday School teacher, coach, piano teacher, etc.  This form will help us get to know your child better and be prepared to meet his/her needs to the best of our abilities.

6.  Start making payments
After you have submitted your enrollment fee with the enrollment form, those choosing full pay or 2 pay options must make the required tuition payment by July 1, 2012.  Those using FACTS must be sure they have submitted their FACTS form to NPCS no later than July 5th so that payments will start being drawn on August 5, 2012.

We need to receive a record of immunizations, and any official transcripts or official records of standardized testing prior to starting school.

8.  Order Curriculum and School Supplies
Teachers will e-mail you a list of curriculum and supplies that you will need to purchase.  Be sure to order all curricula at least 4 weeks prior to the start of school so that your children will be ready for the first day of school.

9.  Attend August Parent Orientation
The week before school starts the teachers will hold an orientation in which they will share with you their plans for the school year, train you on the curriculum we will be using, schedule your volunteer days, and give you any last minute information you will need.
