NorthPointe Christian Schools has a dedicated faculty and staff who understand that working for a Christian School is not as much a job as it is a ministry. We have been blessed with many faculty and staff members who have stayed with us over the years. As with all organizations, sometimes different events work together to take those members from us. It is at that point that we begin to search for qualified and dedicated people to replace them.

Child Care Workers: 

Qualifications: 18 years of age or older and obtain a high school diploma. Have experience in working with children and CPR and first Aid Certified or will be willing to get certified.

 The second position is every day but not full time. Qualifications 18 years or older. Must have a associate degree in early childhood or a CDA and has taken a class In child care administration.
